We purchased our home in November of 2021. Bryanna and her team went above and beyond any expectations, we had for a REALTOR. She was always available and worked diligently throughout the entire process. Her knowledge and passion for her business made the purchase of our beautiful new home, a breeze. Our decision to move was a quick one. I was 5 months pregnant and we didn’t have time to lose. She cleared her calendar and over two weekends she showed us everything we could possibly see. She was patient with us as we went back to several houses multiple times. She added her expertise and opinions in a way that didn’t feel like pressure, but added value. Bryanna listened and provided great advice during the negotiations. We always felt like she was in our corner and had our best interests in mind. It was such a great experience!

We expected that selling our home of 13+ years would be an incredibly stressful time, but Tamra literally made every part of the process better. She is a class act, a true professional, and she works tirelessly for her clients. I truly can't imagine the process without her! She is calm, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable but, even more, she's passionate. She wants to help you, and she goes above and beyond to do just that. Bryanna was great! She went through all the comps to provide us all the information. She works with a stager to ensure the house was in tip top shape for viewings. She has a number of contacts for repairs that needed to be made before listing it. We had a listing party/open house with a pizza truck when we first listed. She was very transparent and helped us through the entire process! Would definitely recommend.
